Is anyone taking prescription ibuprofen with nutritional supplements such as SAMe, magnesium, or 5-HTP? Is it safe to do that? I also have white willow bark. Should I take that instead of the prescription ibuprofen and thereby, restrict my intake to only nutritional supplements.

Just take your basic prenatal and you are good… but you should know, your baby won’t go without. During pregnancy the baby takes from the mother, not from the food or vitamins eaten/taken. So say you didn’t get enough calcium, your baby will take it from your bones and YOU will be lacking, not the baby.

I have a 2 months 3 weeks old baby . i allway boil her bottle , nipple , meanly her feed stuff. After every feed coming down to my last bottle i would put it in hot pan and when it start to boil, i wait like 10 min. then i rinse it out and let it air dry. I washed them in hot soapy water and then used a microwave sterilizer. Your friend must not have kids then cause she really doesn’t no what she’s saying. Your doing the right thing so don’t even question yourself.

So exactly What is "healthcare" ——-is it paying the various industries such as the cancer industry (yes, it IS a $$$ making industry) the pharmaceutical industry (who wants EVERY person dependent on at least ONE drug)……make them all MORE profitable ———OR is it using our minds,hearts, knowledge of nature and getting back to natural cures? These cures, provide more vitality, energy, productivity etc. than ANY of the pharmaceutical companies EVER have.

In the "great ones" (Obama and Pelosi) plan of health care IF YOU do choose alternative health measures YOU will be fined and imprisoned!!!! Great thinking on their part: If I refuse then I will use $40,000 of taxpayers money to be in prison, get fed 3 meals a day, get the BEST of healthcare; ALLl at an ADDITIONAL expense to the taxpayers, ———–Let’s get our brains in gear and understand truly what this "healthplan" means….more enslavement by government.
