What is the best exercise for weight loss?
I have a one yr old baby and want to lose about 25 lbs. What is the best exercise for weight loss? I have the P90X but can’t get around to trying it. Also, I want to buy a treadmill since I don’t exactly have all the time in the world to go to a gym. I work full time and have a 1 1/2 hour commute each way.

5. Take an evening walk – You want to discover ways to be more active and burn more calories. Taking a walk each evening is the easiest way to do this. It doesn’t have to be long. Even 30 minutes will work wonders and help you flatten your stomach and burn abs fat.
6. Strength workouts are an excellent way to boost your metabolism and to lose belly fat. You don’t have to work solely your abs. Even if you work your legs, you’re still burning off fat from your whole body. 3 workouts each week ought to be sufficient to get amazing results.
7. Eat more fruit and vegetables – Not only are these rich in fiber but they also help you avoid temptation of more calorific foods like candy, chocolate, and so on. Improve your health by eating 3-5 pieces of fruit and vegetable each single day.
8. Get an abs program – Why crawl toward your goal when someone can teach you how to walk and then run? Of course, abs programs do cost some money but the time and effort they save you is well worth the investment. A good program can show you how to get results even sooner than you would have otherwise.
9. Eat smaller meals all through the day – one of the top ways to increase metabolism and burn more calories is by thinning out your calories into more meals and snacks. 5-6 meals and snacks a day will help you avoid cravings, remain energetic, and feel good.
10. Just be as active as you can – Even if it’s merely walking when you normally drive, taking the stairs, playing with your kids, taking up an active hobby. Anything that gets you moving is a blessing and will help you lose s fat.
