I’m doing a project for anatomy, and I need to convince the class on how being a fruitarian is beneficial to your health, as well as being a great weight loss diet.
Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, my only suggestions is not to do this. It is a very unhealthy, unbalanced diet. People need carbs and protein for energy and healthy body function. Limiting yourself to just the produce aisle does limit calories, but too much. These foods are nutrition dense, but calorie poor. My husband lived off just fresh garden produce for over a month as part of an experimental scientific greenhouse project. He got sick, was tired all the time, and lost a lot of weight. It is very hard to get enough calories eating just fruit and fresh veggies, especially if you eliminate grains and potatoes. You have to eat almost all the time to get the minimal nutrition you need. As long as you eat a lot of potatoes, you can still get the nutrition you need. But you have to eat 6-12 everyday.

7. Watch what you eat. Keep a watchful eye on every thing that goes in. Sometimes the garnishes can richer than the food itself. Accompaniments too can be very rich. 8. Control that sweet tooth. Remember that sweet things generally mean more calories. It is natural that we have cravings for sweet things especially chocolates and other confectionery. 9. Fix times to have meals and stick to it. Try to have food at fixed times of the day. Zantrex-3- Amazing, i lost 2 stone on these without any shakiness, sickness or any side effects,
Alli- 3 lousy pounds and that was never worth the side effects.
Xenedrine FX-Rubbish i lost a couple of pounds only because i felt too sick and shaky to eat
Zotrim- Again nothing
Green Tea- nothing but my skin looked ace.

Hope this helps, but definately eating healthy and keeping busy is what has kept the pounds off .
