Overweight and obese patients frequently feel stigmatized in health care settings, and face stereotypes and prejudice from health care providers.

These stigmatizing experiences (also called ‘weight bias’) jeopardize patients’ emotional and physical health. The Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity at Yale University (http://ruddcenter.yale.org) has released this new video in response to a growing concern about weight bias in health care. The video, hosted by celebrity and activist Emme and featuring Rudd Center experts including Dr. Rebecca Puhl and Dr. Kelly Brownell, uses expert commentary and dramatic representation to increase awareness of bias and stigma that overweight and obese patients encounter in health care. What type of classes would I need to become a fitness instructor?

I would ultimatly like to become a prenatal fitness instructor, but I need to become a regular fitness instructor first. If I am taking college classes, what classes would I need to take for this?
So I don’t need a degree or anything? Its online certified, how much do yu usually pay to become ACE certified?

you should become ACE certified to begin with. That certifies you to beceom a personal trainer. You study on your own and set up a time to take the final exam. google it.

What can you do to avoid weight loss when you are prevented from eating whole foods for a long time?

I am getting a tooth extracted and braces fitted a few weeks later.

I’ve worked all year to try and gain weight, and I am facing losing it all because I will not be able to eat whole foods for a while.

Is there any way I can avoid weight loss in this situation?

you still will be able to eat whole foods. just chew with the opposite side of your mouth when you get the tooth pulled. and with braces you just have to be careful of certain foods. like super sticky, or hard foods
caramels. apples, celery etc.. you could always drink protein drinks
or drinks like ensure to get vitamins.

my gyno recommend over- contour Cream
from the drug store their are all kinds.
some for 3 days to 7 days,
antibiotic can cause yeast infection
I heard if you eat yogurt it will help minimize the yeast
