What is the best medicine to cure colds?
During allergy season, I will always catch a cold. What is a medicine or tips to stay cold-free?
Vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate or sodium ascorbate. This is the active ingredient. Make sure you buy high-quality so that you really are getting enough. Just give yourself a boost with this.
Alternatively, if you know a good homeopath, mine prescribes "flu drops" for me. All it does is boost your T cells which fight things like colds etc.

There is no cure for the common cold. Its a virus. All you can do it make sure you wash your hands. And for some reason you do catch it use tylenol or advil to realieve some of the simptoms
