Most agave on the …
Most agave on the market today is generally OKAY. Stop the fear mongering about agave. A good agave product has 48-50% fructose, just like sugar does. An organic enzyme is added, just as bees add enzymes to create honey.
Many diabetics have used agave very well in place of high-fructose corn syrup and other bad sweeteners.

Hi …
IMPORTANT!
Hi Nathalie, I recommend you research the problems with Agave Nectar: very high fructose and look up the studies: longer recommended healthy sweetener. worse thank HFCS!!!!!! Even in small doses, it will cause insulin resistance… Please make sure you look it up. Here is one website you can refer to in your google search words:
“agave nectar high fructose corn syrup Dr. Mercola”
Stevia (the liquid form) is best.
my website melissamunroe, if you want to discuss further.

I realize this is …
I realize this is an old video but someone needs to update this information! agave is terrible for you and is 50-95% FRUCTOSE (read only digested in the liver/ the reason high fructose corn syrup is so bad for you) causes insulin resistance AND should not be used by diabetics!
maybe this wasn’t known 2 years ago but anyone using agave needs a wake up call!
Stevia is still awesome use that instead!

i just wanna throw …
i just wanna throw all of the aforementioned foods into a blender and make a smoothie out of it
btw, I thought it was interesting that Stevia was available in my local Ace hardware’s gardening section. The leaves can be eaten raw right off the plant, and since the chemical of the 300x sweetener is present in the plant’s natural state, the leaves have a slightly sweet taste

there is a common misconception about Goji Berries. They are touted as being from the Himalayas but really there are two closely related plants: Lycium chinense is grown in the south of China and tends to be somewhat shorter, while Lycium barbarum is grown in the north, primarily in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, and tends to be somewhat taller.
