Thank youououououo! After this video I bought some Agnus Castus capsules and my face is CLEAR! I have real acne and it’s gone! I hope it stays that way. So that the red, dark spots (scars) can heal so that it also LOOKS like I have no acne
Do you have any suggestions for fading acne scars?

Agnus castus …
Agnus castus cleared up my skin, but made me really retain water and quite bloaty, so I have stopped taking it now.
Milk thistle is great for hangovers though.

I just wanted to say thank you SOO much for the agnus castus recommendation. I have been completely off sync with my hormones in general and after about 5 days everything feels back to normal! I was getting to the point of being out of options, and this has completely saved me.
Quite amazing stuff!
