Bodybuilding supplements and tips
Going over some of the supplements I take, and giving my opinion on them and some tips.
*Update*
I am a personal trainer, I have plenty of certifications to prove it, and I have been bodybuilding for years…If you are ignorant enough to try to argue with me on the fact that you can lose bodyfat and gain muscle at the same time, do your research online before posting on this video. There are two exceptions to this rule, if your on steroids, or if you just started working out for the first time in your life, for everyone else, it is not practical to try to do both.

Well I have been doing MMA for a while now and have kinda laid of the cardio to build up muscle. I’m 22 around 220lbs 102kg and I am already noticing a difference in my upper body already, I have been doing weight training now for about a month and I take No Xplode and post work out powder shake I take with water which is supposed to help me with muscle aches and mucle gain but tbh I don’t think its working how I want it, any recomendations for what I should take after a muscle work out?

@SikGix55 Be careful with vitamin C cause that up the stomach if you overdose.The other suplements might contain vit C too.

This is a good, honest video about supplements, but I am surprised creatine wasn’t mentioned. Protein/creatine/multivitamin is all I’ve used for the last three months and it has been working great.

alright i got a …
alright i got a question. Ive been taking creatine and protein just to stay cut because i am currently enlisted in the marine corps leaving next summer for Afghan. i run everyday just to stay in shape and blah blah blah. But i want to gain like another eh 10 to 15 lbs and all the running burning off w.e meat i get. So any suggestions, thanks semper fidelis

@ctrams522 I’ve tried both and personally I like Jack3d…better taste to me(at least the lemon-lime…fruit punch tastes like a bad pina colada), less to drink, and it gives me better focus than N.O.-Xplode

I co sign that no-xplode. Good crazy stuff. If it your first time taking no-xplode I recommend taking about half a scoop the first time just to see how your body reacts to it.

very nice i learned alot actually, my muscle milk is whey protein not that lean protein you have or whatever, i looked at the back of mine its low in sugar and has 26G protein per serving. 2G fat and 0.5g saturated fat, so i’m assuming it’s good.

@TheJaKFilms no if you are trying to lose weight then you do not need any of those supplements, by cutting he means toning up his muscles, and by building he means make them bigger. everbody’s body works differently but it seems that what you are doing works for you so keep up with it and keep doing what works for you!
