I did the math, and getting eggs from Sam’s Club is wayyy cheaper than ordering eggwhites.
1 egg is about 12cents. which for the equal amount of eggs to eggwhiteinternational 4gallons I get 672eggs. This means $80 for 672 REAL eggs with YOLK!
4 gallons eggwhiteinternational would cost about $132 with the shipping.
Equal amount of real eggs would cost $80 with yolk included, but you have the hastle of cooking and deyolking.

The company low heat slow pasteruizes the eggwhites so they are not raw yet remain in a liquid state. They are 100% bio-available meaning that all the nutrients are available and can be used by the body – so if the body needs all the protein then it can use all the protein that the egg whites have to give!

@666789443 I can only answer the last question. You’re told not too eat the egg yolk, as it contains unhealthy, bad fats. It also contains the pesticides that are found in grade 3 and 2 eggs. The only way not to get the pesticides is to eat 100% organic eggs, but even then, the unhealthy fats are still present.

Well its kind of hard to say 200g for someone 200 pounds.
I’ve seen one side of fitness nutritionists say 0.8g per pound body weight.
While bodybuilders would tell you 1.5 to 2g per pound body weight -> (Arnolds Modern Encyclopedia of Bodybuilding)

@vrfl a DAY yes, but should not take over 35 grams PER meal/ beverage because ur body can only digest up to roughly 30-45 grams dependingu r body weight, thats why most body builders will recomend, 6 meals a day, depending on ur body needs, and you should digest ur body weight, in grams of protein if ur body building, like im 200 pounds, should get roughly 200 grams of protein daily.

you do know your body only can use about 30 grams of protein in one meal right? so those extra 15-25 grams your ingesting are completly useless.
