What are some supplements to take or a combination of supplements to take in order for me to gain muscle mass and get a bigger look. Bigger period. Other than creatine and protiend?

    You really need to stop reading supplement advertising.

    Supplements DO NOT, and CAN NOT, give you larger muscles. Your body doesn’t work like this. Yes, muscle building requires protein and other nutrients – but no where near the amount some manufactures recommend. They are only telling you this so you buy more, and consume more. In reality, your pee’ing out most of what your are taking in within a few hours.

    Nobody gets buff eating supplements. They get larger from hard work, constantly pushing their body to it’s limits, eating properly, staying hydrated, and getting enough rest.
