I am starting a gym soon, I weigh 230lbs 6′4". I do have some fat but just toning up willl get rid of it but im looking for really good turn out and soon. I am a freshmen in college so I cant spend alot on supplements but give me suggestions anyways. Thanks!

Well it really depends on your diet, sleep and also of course workout regimen.

I would recommend you to do the workout regimen which I am doing:

I eat around 3500-4000 calories

I always train only two muscle groups which go together. Here is my regimen
Monday – Biceps and Back,

Wednesday – Triceps, Shoulders and Chest

Friday – Legs and Abs

Remember it is also important that you take Portein(around 1g per pound) supplement which works as food for your body together with supplement which increase Nitric Oxide and HGH levels in your body.

You can check my bodybuilding journey in my website. I will provide link to it in the "source" field.

Best wishes and Take care!

Protein is the only truly worthy supplement to take for the long run along with a multi-vitamin Have a balanced diet and you will get the best long term results and be doing 1000 push-ups a day when you’re 95 years old.

ALL other supplements only are good for temporary benefits on your health but permanent loss of money from your bank account.

Toning up means burning the fat you have so you can expose the muscle. Building lean muscle is very hard to do, when you try to build muscle, you might also add on some fat as well. If you want to build muscle, 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight in the day while lifting heavy weight with low reps. Burning the fat requires cardio, like running.

Try using acai berry supplements (they are very popular) use them also with a detox cleaner.

apart from that, there isn’t any magic trick to get larger muscle and losing fat. Its all down to extremely hard work and dedication to training and exercise and also diet. It will take a very long time to get the body you want but you just have to stay committed.
