New Tips for Your Manicure
Getting a manicure these days seems to be widespread practice for a lot of individuals. Some men do receive regular manicures; however, it seems that is sort of pampering is usually dominated by women. I went to the nail salon this morning and was amazed at how lots of women were there. There had been mother daughter duos within the nail salon. There were persons like myself that were at the salon since of being in a wedding party. There had been also women that were just there for a little a lot needed pampering.
I am not one of those lucky women that have the money or let’s face it the time to get normal salon manicures. I am thrilled with the way that my nails look now, but I know that in just several hours the polish will begin to chip. Sadly, I am just not that graceful. Because of my lack of funds, I have mastered some ideas to do my own at house manicures.
The initial step to doing an at property manicure, would be to put the kids to bed. Well, not truly, but it helps to get the polish on evenly if I am left alone to fully attend to my nails, without having to wipe a runny nose, or change a diaper wile filing my nails. All joking aside though, I use 1 of those 1 minute manicure products to scrub my hands. My favorite product is by Beauty Control. It’s a wonderful exfoliate, but it also has necessary oils in it. The oils maintain my hands feeling smooth and silky for hours, even after repeated hand washing. Also the oils actually aid to moisturize not only my hands, but also my cuticles. This eliminates that time consuming step of having to soak your hands in a bowl of water. Definitely, who has time for that? Incidentally, while your cuticles are soft you need to push them back. If you have time you can use either an orange stick or a cuticle pusher. If I am in a hurry, I will just use my finger nail. It’s not ideal, but it’ll do in a pinch.
Sometimes, that’s the extent of my at home manicure. If, even so, I am lucky and have a little a lot more time on my hands, I will proceed with shaping my nails. Shaping can be tricky. I have read that you need to stroke the emery board inside the same direction, rather than back and forth. This supposedly prevents damage to the nail. Nevertheless, yesterday, I had to file my nails while driving down the highway on my approach to a rehearsal dinner. I didn’t care too significantly about going in 1 direction. At least not with the emery board anyway. Also, I noticed that when I got a salon manicure, she didn’t bother to follow that piece of guidance either.
The last and most critical step in an at house manicure, is needless to say the polish. I have also read that you should attempt to put the polish on in thin even coats. Three brush strokes is supposedly the best method, 1 stroke for each side, and one stroke appropriate down the middle of the nail. Realistically, the best tip I can give you would be to get a great polish.

❤ Raw Stuffed Red Peppers “Samosas” ❤
* I n g r e d i e n t s *
— 1 head of Cauliflower, broken up into florets
— 5 cloves of Garlic, freshly peeled
— 1 bunch of fresh Chives, lightly chopped
— Corn on the cob, 2 cups worth, cut straight off the cob
— Extra Veggies you have on hand that need to be eaten (I had fresh peas from the garden, and 1 chopped red pepper)
— 4 Red Peppers, tops cut off & centers hollowed out
— OPTIONAL: Sea Salt, Hot Peppers, Avocado, Hemp Seeds, Olive Oil, etc. for more flavor, and/or fat, but *only* if you really need it! =)
— Edible Flowers, for the garnish, if you are able
* P r e p a r a t i o n *
— 1) Lightly blend cauliflower florets and garlic cloves together in a food processor until the consistency and appearance is something along the lines of couscous or quinoa.
— 2) Add the freshly chopped chives, and lightly mix in food processor just until chives are evenly distributed.

— 3) Transfer to a bowl, and with a mixing spoon mix in the 2 cups of corn, as well as any other extra veggies you have on hand which need to be eaten, and any of the optional ingredients that you might want to add today.
— 4) Scoop resulting mixture into the 4 hollowed out red peppers.
— 5) Garnish with edible flowers.
— 6) Serve and enjoy!
